Today, reports indicate that the atmosphere of the planet is less than 18% oxygen. Learned scientists further suggest that in order to survive, the human body needs to breathe an atmosphere which has at least 15% oxygen content. That is basic biology.

I can't help loving this guy. I'm with him all the way except for his assumption of "ethical extraterrestials". The bit about oxygen levels should be possible to check though.
