advertisement

Remember the amazing $1.6 million Bugatti Veyron lake crash blamed on a low-flying pelican? We have the video of it happening and there's not a freaking pelican in sight.

Who's leading the conversation?
This visualization below allows you to see the impact that each user has on the current conversation. The top row contains the group of users who have had the most impact, the 2nd row the group of users who have had the 2nd most impact (et cetera). Users with similar impact are grouped together, and the average score of the group is shown to the left of the group. The author of the article is also shown on the left, in their corresponding group. Each user's score is based on the number of comments the user has made plus the number of votes their comments have received. The scores are calculated relative one another, so while their absolute value is not particularly important, their relative difference does indicate a larger difference in impact on the conversation.

It may have made you smile, but it made me laugh! This proves that there really is a God!

$1.6 million for a freakin' 2-seater useless piece of junk... betcha it would have made a lovely artificial reef if they'd just pushed it out farther and let it sink...

I dunno what's wrong with people... hard working people are losing their homes, can't find jobs, have families to feed, would be grateful for anything on wheels that runs, and this playboy drives his $1.6 million man-toy into the water while showing off...

Is it just me, or is there something wrong with this picture?

"...is there something wrong with this picture?"

Shouldn't the question rather be, "What picture doesn't have something wrong with it?"

I was once advised, "If you ever find a perfect church you shouldn't attend because (with our own faults) it would no longer be perfect!"

Oh, no more buttered scones for me mate, watch me while I fly my Bugatti right off into the lake. I see the tank farm off in the distance, isn't that some sort of irony about a guy that spends that much money on a car that gets 10 mpg.

I wonder what happened; didn't look like he was going all that fast. Probably just too much car for the dude-very touchy acceleration on a car like that.
